The Rams Are Being Careful With Puka Nacua's Groin, and Aiming for Philadelphia
Nacua is doubtful Sunday night, and Sean McVay says injured reserve isn't on the table.

Sean McVay described Puka Nacua's injury as something close to a pre-hernia feeling, the kind of thing that flares when a receiver opens up at full speed. That's why the Rams are taking it slowly.
Nacua is doubtful for Sunday night against Denver and won't practice Friday. He hasn't practiced since Sept. 17, showed up on the injury report the next day with a hip issue, and missed Monday's win over the Giants.
The target is Week 4 in Philadelphia. McVay said that unless something goes wrong, Nacua should be fine for that game, and that putting him on injured reserve, which would cost at least four more games, isn't being considered. He also said this has nothing to do with the psoas problem that sidelined Nacua in August.
