16 Offensive Snaps for Travis Hunter, and Liam Coen Doesn't Care Who's Counting
Hunter has started every game at cornerback but barely played on offense, and his coach says the debate isn't happening inside the building.

Outside Jacksonville, people keep counting Travis Hunter's snaps. Inside the building, Liam Coen says nobody is.
"He cares about winning. That's what he cares about," the Jaguars coach said. "And all the other stuff, the reps, where we picked him, I don't give two F's about value and neither does he."
The numbers people are talking about
Hunter has started every game at cornerback, but he's played 62% of the defensive snaps because Jacksonville rotates him with Jarrian Jones and Montaric Brown. He got his first career interception in last Sunday's 35-6 win over New England.
On offense, he's barely been used: 16 snaps, one catch for 8 yards and one carry for 3. Last season, before a knee injury ended his year after seven games, he played 67% of the offensive snaps. Coming out of college, he wanted to be a full-time player on both sides.
It's a fair question how a player drafted to do both ends up doing mostly one. Coen's answer is that the only number that matters is the one on the scoreboard.
A real test Sunday
The Jaguars go to Cincinnati, and that means a look at maybe the best receiver pair in football. Ja'Marr Chase has 18 catches for 185 yards and three touchdowns. Tee Higgins has 14 for 244 and a score. Joe Burrow is completing 71% of his passes for 743 yards and six touchdowns.
"Just go out there and compete," Hunter said. "Just be the best person I can be."
